Who we're looking for

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in our founding team, building together with the Founders a data-driven organization.
We’re looking for a team player with great analytical skills, great communication, and problem-solving skills. You will ensure that our data and insights are actionable to drive decisions across the business and communicate data-driven. You will work closely with founders on all aspects of the company.
What you will do

Build reports, dashboards, and metrics, in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data reported

Help connect all the dots - define Product, marketing and performance metrics

Design and maintain ongoing in-game metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive critical business decisions.

See beyond numbers and help to inform, influence, support, and execute our business decisions

Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for new opportunities.

Work with large amounts of data and build tools to streamline the process.

What experience will help you be good at this
​

3-4 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst
-
Proficient level of SQL - MUST
-
Experience in e-commerce or gaming industry - a big advantage

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience working with BI/Analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, MixPanel, etc.)

Deep understanding of numbers, as well as a strong business sense. Know when to use a single number and when to build a complex model to gain insight

Curious, independent, rigorous and proactive kind of person
